In case of a claim...
What to do in case of an accident:

Remain at the scene.

Call the police to report the accident.

Exchange information with the other driver(s).
Be sure to ask for this information:

Name, address, driver's license number and phone numbers for other drivers and witnesses.

Year, make, model and license plate number of all vehicles.

Name of insurance company and/or agent for other drivers.
In case of a claim...
Don't admit fault for the accident or discuss your insurance coverage or limits.
Also, do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police and your insurance representative.
